Step 1.  If you're unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and follow the steps provided by our customer sales associates to return purchased item(s). You are responsible for shipping cost unless the reason for the return is the wrong item was sent. 


Please note to be eligible for returns, items must be in original purchased condition, unworn and with all documentation and all original tags attached. 


Step 2. Please return package with tracking number for the security of the items. 


Step 3. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed after.


PLEASE BE ADVISED:  Items over $5000 will incur a 10% restocking fee as they are all custom orders.


Items that were purchased through our layaway program cannot be returned for a refund, only store credit or exchange as these items are reserved for customers for an extended period of time and cannot be sold. 


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Items purchased on "SALE" are FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please provide us with tracking information once items are shipped.
